Embedded Third-Party Media

IronGenie may display reference videos, images, and other media embedded from third-party services such as YouTube. Such content is hosted and served by the respective third-party service, not by IronGenie, and is provided under that service's terms of use and the rights of the original creator. IronGenie does not own, host, control, or claim endorsement by, affiliation with, or sponsorship from these third-party creators or services. Embedded content may become unavailable at any time without notice if the original creator or service removes or restricts the underlying material.

When third-party reference media previews are displayed, played inline, or opened externally, your device may connect directly to that provider. The provider may receive information such as your IP address, device or browser details, app or referrer information, and the requested video or media identifier, and may use cookies or similar technologies under its own privacy policy.

IronGenie stores only the media provider and a clean reference URL or identifier where practical. We remove share and tracking parameters from YouTube reference links where practical and use YouTube's privacy-enhanced embed domain for inline YouTube playback where available. You can hide exercise reference media in app settings; exercise instructions remain available without reference media.

User-Uploaded Media

Media you upload to IronGenie, including form videos and photographs, is governed by IronGenie's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You represent and warrant that you own all rights to the media or have obtained all necessary permissions, licenses, releases, and consents. You retain ownership of media you upload, subject to the limited rights granted to IronGenie in the Terms of Service. You are solely responsible for the media you upload and for ensuring it is lawful, non-infringing, non-explicit, and permitted. Do not upload nudity, sexually explicit content, private images, personal data about others, paid course clips, athlete footage, or copyrighted material you cannot reuse. To the fullest extent permitted by law, IronGenie is not responsible for user-uploaded media that later proves to infringe rights, violate privacy, or be unlawful.

Copyright Infringement Notice

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and believe in good faith that material accessible through IronGenie infringes a copyright you own or control, you may submit a notice of claimed infringement. Your notice must include:

• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the allegedly infringing material, including its URL or in-app location.
• Your full name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.

How to Submit a Notice

You may submit a takedown request through either of the following channels:

• In-app Report: use the Report option available on plans, movements, profiles, and clubs within IronGenie. Select "Copyright or rights issue" for rights ownership, licensing, or takedown issues and include the information required above. For movement media reports, IronGenie may also open a prefilled email to [email protected] with the movement ID and reference URL so you can complete a formal notice from your own email account.
• Email: send your notice to the contact email listed in the Support document, available from the Legal section in Account.

IronGenie will review valid notices and may, at its discretion, remove or disable access to the material and take further steps as required by applicable law. Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.

Counter-Notification

If material you uploaded has been removed in response to a notice and you believe in good faith that the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification that includes your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification, and your full contact details and consent to jurisdiction.

No Endorsement

References within IronGenie to third-party creators, services, programs, training methodologies, or brands are provided for informational purposes only and do not imply any partnership, endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation, unless expressly stated. Plan templates in IronGenie are inspired by widely known training traditions and are starting points for the user to adopt and adapt; they do not represent and are not copies of any specific named program, coach, book, app, or paid template.

Updates

We may update this notice from time to time. Material changes are effective upon posting within the app.
