Account Access
If you cannot sign in, use the password reset flow from the sign-in screen. If Sign in with Apple is not working, include your Apple ID relay email if Apple created one for IronGenie.
Subscriptions
IronGenie uses Apple subscriptions.

To restore a purchase, open:
Account -> Subscription -> Restore Purchases
To manage or cancel a subscription, open:
Account -> Subscription -> Manage Subscription
This opens Apple's subscription management page. Deleting your IronGenie account does not cancel Apple billing; cancel or manage subscriptions through Apple.
Refunds are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Account Deletion
To delete your account in the app, open:
Account -> Data & Privacy -> Delete Account
Type DELETE when prompted. This permanently removes your account and linked private training history. Published/shared library content may remain available without your account identity when needed to preserve public library integrity.
Public Profiles, Sharing, Reports, and Blocks
Profiles for users 18 and older are public by default. Profiles for users under 18 are private by default. You can change your privacy settings at any time in Account settings. When your profile is public, other IronGenie users may find your username, avatar, athlete title, and limited social context. Shared plans and movements are copied for recipients rather than shared live.
Use in-app report, hide, mute, and block controls where available. Support can review reports involving public profiles, shared plans, shared movements, clubs, comments, or other user-generated content.
Workout Media
Camera and microphone permissions are only used when you choose to attach workout photos or videos. Only upload media you own, created yourself, have permission to use, or that has an explicit reusable license. Do not upload nudity, sexually explicit content, private images, personal data about others, paid course clips, athlete footage, or copyrighted material you cannot reuse. IronGenie may store, display, moderate, and remove uploaded content under the Terms. If media upload fails, try again on a stable connection and contact support if the issue continues.
Email Communications
Your email is used for sign-in, account/security messages, support, moderation, subscription or entitlement notices, and related transactional emails. IronGenie does not send marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in separately. Marketing emails, if offered, require a separate opt-in and include an unsubscribe option.
